Dear Sir,
Over the past 4 weeks we have had our roof washed, cleaned and painted by your company.
I have written to you on behalf of myself and my husband to say how pleased we are with your employees namely in the first instance Enzo and James. The rest of the time James and his son Josh from the Stevenage office.
We found the Rolten ones extremely hard working, careful and very considerable to us both in all they did for us.
Would you please pass on our thanks to them for us, just a note like this letter anyway as we cannot write to them ourselves as we have no forwarding address.
