FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
When do you need a roof repair or roof replacement?
The most early symptom of roof repair and roof replacement is leakage. When ever a leakage is seen (in some form or other) its time to get your roof repaired, renovated or replaced.
You can also opt for roof repair or replacement once in five to seven years.
How can my roof be damaged?
Tornadoes, heavy rain, hail melting snow, storms, sun and other natural disaster will cause damage to your roof.
How long does a roof repair exercise last?
Depends on how much the damage is.
Will a metal roof affect my heating bill?
No. Metal cools as fast as it is heated and other below roof elements present (air space, duct work, roof decks) also take as much time heating up and cooling that the entire effect is nullified and there is no affect on the heating bill.
Do I need to see ventilation issues when I get my roof repaired or renovated? If yes, how should I go about taking care of it and if no, why?
Ventilation is necessary as it ensures durability and longitivity of your roof. Industry standard is that for every 300 square feet of attic space you need 1 square foot of intake ventilation and 1 square feet of exhaust ventilation.
